This brining agent will make your meat so succulent and full of flavour you wish you had it years ago

For every kilogram of meat, dissolve 100 grams of “Brine it up” in hot water stir until dissolved and cooled down to fridge temperature. Then place the meat in the brine solution in a sealable tub.

Brine in the refrigerator overnight or 8-12 hours minimum then remove from the brine solution, then season with The Phat Patty Jerk it up then place back in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Proceed with your desired cooking method – bbq or oven.
